“Feedback – UnoCapital Stay We booked with UnoCapital for 7 days and overall the experience was mixed. At first, we stayed in an apartment arranged by Mahmoud. The apartment was clean and well located, but the noise level was unbearable. We could hear everything around us and could not sleep properly, even after trying to tolerate it for some time. We asked Mahmoud to change the apartment, and he did. The second apartment, however, was on the first floor with no air circulation. I have asthma, and because of the wood smell and lack of ventilation, my lungs started to get irritated, so we had to ask for another change the very next day. Thankfully, Mahmoud then gave us a third apartment, which was very good, comfortable, and suitable. In the end, he was helpful and cooperative, and we appreciate his effort to resolve the situation. However, I would like to give some important feedback regarding housekeeping and professionalism: The cleaner should always provide: • Fresh bed sheets • Clean towels • Tissues • Full kitchen appliances It is not acceptable for guests to use the same towels and bed sheets for several days. These are basic essentials that must be changed when cleaning, especially in serviced apartments. Also, there was a serious issue with privacy and attitude. I should not wake up to find the cleaner and Lubna Mahmoud’s colleague inside the apartment while we are still staying there. I asked her to give us 5 minutes so we could go downstairs, but she refused and said “now.” When I tried to politely give feedback about changing bed sheets for the next guest, she shouted and said: “You are already leaving, we already changed apartment for you,” and walked away. This was extremely unprofessional. As a guest, I have every right to give honest and constructive feedback, especially when the goal is to help improve the service. I am also a business owner, and I personally value feedback because it helps us grow and improve. UnoCapital has good apartments in a central location, and with better communication, housekeeping standards, and staff training, the experience could be much better. I hope the owner reads this and understands that this feedback is given with respect and the intention to improve the service.”

“I found this place through Booking.com. If you are planning a short or long stay, the units are very clean and they have a professional cleaner who comes every other day. Lubna, the lady in charge, is very responsive and professional. They initially gave me a spacious and beautiful unit; however, due to construction noise, they moved me to another apartment. I asked for a microwave and they brought one. They even sent me an iron when they realized my steamer was causing the fuse to blow. The area is in the heart of downtown, very close to supermarkets and Maison Serraj, a famous and delicious bakery in Casablanca that has already gotten me into trouble with its amazing pastries and baguettes! The only thing I can mention is that the internet is a bit slow. Overall, the team is very professional and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and to anyone planning to have a nice, safe, and pleasant stay in Casablanca.”
