“My stay at this hotel in Casablanca was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the room was visibly dirty. Later that night, I discovered roaches in the room. I immediately reported this to management, and they assured me I would receive a full refund. However, when I followed up through Booking.com, the hotel tried to backtrack and only offer a partial refund, claiming cleaners had already entered the room. This “switch” was unacceptable. Guests should not be penalized for conditions that made the room uninhabitable in the first place. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to poor cleanliness, pests, and misleading handling of refunds.”

“Spacious, sophisticated and confortable, good AC, good WiFi, in a nice area of Casablanca. Sometimes you can hear a bit of the (messy) traffic outside. Dont forget to go to the great rooftop «Nomand Bistro» !”
