“Disappointing Experience: Small, Inconvenient, and Poor Service This sauna spa fell far short of our expectations and left much to be desired. Firstly, the sauna itself was ridiculously small, barely enough room to move comfortably. The only shower available hardly functioned properly - the cold setting didn't even work well, and the lockers couldn't even be secured. The customer service was simply abysmal. Initially, we had to wait 10 minutes for a sauna that wasn't even heated upon arrival. When we finally asked for some drinking water, we were assured it would be provided. However, we received only 4 mini bottles of water and were then snapped at when we asked for more. It was as if drinking more than a few sips of water during a sauna session was a crime! The staff seemed completely oblivious to the fact that hydration is essential in such an environment. The overall atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable. Every question we asked, even about simple things like towels and soap, was met as if we were asking for the impossible. For an exorbitant price of 50 euros / 500 MAD, we got the smallest sauna in all of Morocco with minimal amenities. No complimentary water, and everything done with an unfriendly attitude from staff who clearly had no interest in making our stay pleasant. In short, this spa is not worth the money or the effort. For a relaxing experience, you'd be better off looking elsewhere where customer service and comfort are not treated as luxuries.”
