“Ihad a bad experience with this laboratory. I did a urine test for my daughter, who has a kidney problem, and every time the doctor tells me that the test was not done properly. On top of that, the girls working there do not respect hygiene rules and they work without gloves. I end up having to repeat the test several times.Also, I usually do the tests at night when the male staff are working because they are professional, they respect hygiene, and they respect the timing since the urine bag should not stay on for more than 30 minutes. However, the female staff do not respect the timing and they say that if more than three urine collection bags are used, you must pay 10 dirhams for each extra one. Meanwhile, the male staff at night told me that there is no extra charge. I do not have a problem paying money — what matters to me is that the test is done according to proper medical standards.”
