“Couldn't find the parfois store thats located in tachefine center, which is what my review is about , two staff members we re rude to us, a man and a women after we had chosen an item and went to pay for it they said they were out of new items in the back and that the only one left is the show item, which we didnt appreciate ofcourse but to our dismay the women started being hostile towards us as if we should just buy it without a thought !! Very unfriendly overall experience here. Mind u we ended up buying it still it was not a pleasant experience. You should review who u hire for such a customer contact job.”

“5 star for staff. Today I visited the store in tachfine mall, the person at the register called Nour was extremely friendly and helpful so was his colleague. Really made the entire shopping experience to be 100 worth it unlike the staff in Morocco mall always so rude and unfriendly . I hope to see more people like him at parfois stores. He made all the recommandations checked for availability of every item which I was really thankful for and he was very attentive to my choices and my mums as well.”
