“This parapharmacy is located in a very convenient area, and I can usually find everything I need there. However, the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to communicate with customers and show a lack of respect. Whenever you ask for help or information, they ignore you or don’t even bother to answer. Most of the time, they are just talking to each other instead of assisting clients. They are not welcoming at all, you feel as if you’re bothering them or asking for something that belongs to them personally. It’s unfortunate, because the location and setup are great, but the attitude of the staff completely ruins the experience. I truly hope they can receive proper customer service training, because this place has great potential to be much”
