“Tourists be warned! They WILL try to scam you out of your change. One star because the location is convenient by the beach and the produce seems relatively fresh. Otherwise they wouldn’t be getting any (if it was possible). That being said the staff are very disinterested and rude. They had a shelf with packets of individual instant noodles for 3.30 DH and 5 packs beside for 8 DH. When we went through the till the first time the cashier said they were part of a pack and put them to one side and we couldn’t purchase the two 3.30DH single packs. We went back through to see and I took a photo of the pricing. As far as I could tell, we could purchase them individually. But we went to another till and they caused a beeping sound on the till but seemed fine. We handed over a 20DH note for the purchase (which with the 2 3DH packs was 12.60DH) and were handed back the receipt. We asked for the change and the cashier acted like he didn’t know there was any to be given. Then after some contention handed us 1DH. So we asked for the correct change he said there was just a problem with the noodles. We wanted our change so he handed us another two 1dh coins. Again we were expecting 7.40dh back and we were given 3 at this point after contesting. We said we needed the money back because without the noodles our purchase came to 6dh anyway. He was disagreeing and saying no. A helpful local asked us what the issue was and we explained and said we just wanted to leave the purchase and have all our money back. Then, a manger came to give us our full refund as the cashier would not sort it for us and started serving the people behind us, while smiling and laughing in our direction. We finally got our change but instead of just giving us back our 20dh note we were given the remaining difference in 1/2 dh coins. Effectively, even without the noodles issue he was trying to short change us. I believe that was on purpose and he kept begrudgingly giving us 1dh coins as we complained. Then we were treated as though we were the ones in the wrong. Despite them practically SCAMMING us. The treatment was unacceptable. I would advise to be very careful as tourists (we’re British travellers) using the store in this mall. There was no issue for locals. I appreciate it’s harder for us to communicate as we’re not fluent in the language but they chose to give us the wrong change in the first place. And despite the language barrier the maths doesn’t change. Even if the issue with the noodles hadn’t happened, what that cashier did was wrong.”

“I can't say anything bad about the place. I came in for ice cream to enjoy in the beach and they had a huge variety. The staff was nice and helpful. Everything was nicely arranged. They are located on the ground floor of the mall next to Starbucks”

“This was a way better atmosphere and experience than the one we went to in Mohammedia. It was cleaner, the selection of produce and fresh seafood and meat were better and the employees were actually helpful and less rude. The cashier here was awesome she was very helpful and unlike at the other location when an item wasn't found with the barcode they actually did their job and went to look for it instead of dead eye looking at us and expecting us to do their job. The 1 star less than 5 is because in one section there was a kind of aggressive idk if he was an employee, security guard or what mean mugging. Other than that it would've been nice to have clearer signage for the parking structure there that's not a ding to this location but the mall its in.”

“Great selection and well organized except we saw not one but TWO cockroaches 🪳🪳 there yesterday, November 9. One on the price labels in the middle of the chocolate section and another again in the price labels at the top of the ketchup section. When I saw the first one I said where there is one there are hundreds, there must be an infestation, then when I saw the 2nd one I was completely appalled and I’m convinced they have a roach problem! Please don’t respond to this review with a lie and say you assure me that you keep good hygiene in the store etc. Do the right thing and report your store to the health department or the proper officials/channels and have the store closed temporarily to efficiently exterminate your cockroach infestation!”

“Note that this place is on the first floor of a mall. Clean and with lots of food and grocery options. Note that only non- alcoholic drinks are sold since the establishment is near a mosque”
