“Hello all, I'm adressing you Dr bennis you are super great in terms of you dealt with me and my mother well, you did your work as it should be. However, the issue in the creatures outside your office. The issues were: Appointment matter, the secretary was about to turn me down regarding the fact I took an appointment way before. Told me you left until I shouted. Cuz I had work allowance for half a day. Please don't say other secritary have the same matter, cuz first they don't care about their development and career, and we visited so many doctors that worked on this matter. The solution is to notify the patient through a phone call or email instead of having issue as things happen. The difficulty of take an appointment, not because the line is busy, cuz we will realise so. It's cuz nobody's responding. Even today mum and aunty still wanted to visit you bearing in mind you are a brilliant in your job, with no clue nobody is there. I highly recommend to have a meeting with your team and to show this to your secritary and try to do something about it. Regards.”
