“I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior of the doctor responsible for this pharmacy. After asking a simple question to know whether there were any additional instructions regarding the use of the medication prescribed by my specialist doctor, I was met with an aggressive and inappropriate attitude. As a patient, it is completely reasonable to seek clear information to ensure the correct use of a treatment. A healthcare professional should provide guidance, listen, and treat patients with respect. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism that one should expect from a pharmacy. For this reason, I do not recommend this pharmacy. I hope this feedback will encourage reflection and improvement in the way patients are treated in the future.”
