“A hidden gem that is specialized in traditional Moroccan cuisine. The food was excellent. I missed couscous and it tasted exactly like a homemade meal. The dessert Jawhara was super tasty and fresh accompanied with excellent Moroccan mint tea. The service was great. The waitresses were kind and welcoming. While the owner was very hospitable and knowledgeable about Moroccan cuisine in addition to be a great person to talk to. I’ll definitely come back here!”
“Great service and atmosphere. The chicken pastilla was full of flavour. The lamb shoulder was super tender with a rich sauce that was delicious. Only the dessert was disappointing, I’ve had much better jawhara elsewhere, it’s usually layered but I just got 3 small pieces. Not cheap, but all in all definitely worth a try.
“This restaurant gives a real authentic Moroccan vibe. From the decor to the servers. Gives a homely feel. Highly recommend the Tajin with prunes and the assorted Moroccan salads. Indoor and outdoor seating available, however would recommend the indoor seating due to its local vibe. They accept card payments.”
“A modest place with very delicious and tasty Maroccan food. I had fish Tajine with mint tea recommended by the chef/owner and the kids Tajine lamb…. Yummy yummy….. thanks to the chef and the nice ladies that served 👍🏾”
“Very delicious moroccan restaurant. The interior feels very luxurious and the mosaics are beautiful. The ambience is fantastic. The owner speaks very good English and the service was incredibly friendly. Food was delicious and flavourful. Portions weren't big but all infused with so much spices and flavour that every dish was enjoyable. Do keep in mind though that this is clearly a touristy/non local place and the price does reflect this - stuff here is not cheap! But you are paying for the service and food. All in all a great dining experience, and would recommend to others if they are visiting Casablanca.”
“I like the decoration of the restaurant but it’s very pricy compare to others restaurants locate in better area. We come specifically for couscous and Rfissa, I was little disappointed about the couscous, the meat was hard and needed more flavor. The Rfissa was very good. The couscous was around $24.50 the most expensive couscous that I ate on my life, didn’t worth to pay it (May 2026).”
