“The prices are okay and the chicken was dry and the space bettwen the tables isn't enough to feel comfortable... It's enough to pass and the tables are way too close for my liking... The feeling of privacy is almost non existent. Reduce the number of tables, and raise the prices... And please put water on the table once the customer sits...”
“I cant belive that this is a plate of fries that cost 10 dh The quality of the food is getting worse by years And each time i say it will be the last time and still i give it a try but nothing still the worst of them all they lost a costumer i dont think i would ever dine there no more”
“Yesterday we visited this place for a family lunch. We ordered shawarma wraps and grape leaves. They gave frozen grape leaves lol we informed the waiter, and he brought another plate. They warmed it up in the microwave, yet some pieces were still hard. We kindly asked the waiter to take it away as we dont like how they just warmed it up. The manager then came with a new plate and again it was literally the same thing. He kept trying to convince us that it comes that way. We refused to take it. I think a manager in any restaurant should not try to push a certain plate on customers. We know grape leaves and we have been eating them for years. And please put a proper amount of chicken in ur shawarma, thats not a portion for 25 dhs.”
“We went to the upper floor( packed with chairs and next to a mini toilet) because it was apparently packed downstairs. The waitress not even a smile! Presented to me the plate as if she was giving it to a dog. I kept smiling to her and thanking her because i understood it is not an easy job but don't present my food like that! So unprofessionel. Portions are indeed small. Nothing special about taste. Personally i do not recommend! There other and friendly restaurants that provide authentic syrian plates. Btw, the plates are made from plastic or whatnot. And it looks like a school cafeteria lunch.”
“The best shawarma, but There’s always line u have to wait depending what time”
“The place was jam packed, at 10.30 pm. We were lucky to get a table. Very friendly and efficient staff and quick service. The food is well presented and delicious. Ordered chicken kebab platter and a rice and chicken platter. All well presented and decent portion size.”
