“I am writing to express my concern regarding the noticeable inconsistency in food quality during my recent visits to your restaurant. During the match between Morocco 🇲🇦 and Cameroon 🇨🇲, I booked a table and visited your restaurant for the first time with three other guests. The experience was excellent. We ordered one fajita and four burgers 🍔. The food quality was outstanding, especially the burgers and their sauce, which were exceptional. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had, and the overall experience was very satisfying. However, during the match between Morocco 🇲🇦 and Nigeria 🇳🇬, I returned to your restaurant with five friends, expecting the same level of quality. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. We ordered three burgers 🍔, but the taste was completely different. The sauce had changed, the meat no longer had the same flavor, and even the fries 🥔 were different. This raised concerns about whether there had been changes in the kitchen or food preparation standards. I value consistency and quality, which is why this change was disappointing, especially considering how positive my first visit was. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into the matter to ensure the same high standards are maintained for all customers. Thank you for your time and attention. “The food came out cold and flavorless, the mocktails were bland, and as soon as the restaurant got busy, the staff’s attitude turned downright unprofessional. They had the nerve to rush us to leave while we were still eating — just because two of our friends were late, even though we mentioned it when reserving. The hostess was unbelievably rude and arrogant, and the manager was just as bad — fake, condescending, and clearly clueless about hospitality. They made us switch tables twice, never brought back our unfinished dishes, then threw the bill on the table and practically kicked us out. It honestly felt like they were getting rid of us because we didn’t order alcohol. To make things worse, the hostess argued with other customers, and we were even charged for food we never received. Apparently, this isn’t unusual — overcharging and shady behavior seem to be their standard practice. It’s infuriating because the place itself is cute and could have potential, but the staff’s arrogance and complete lack of professionalism ruin everything. Never again — and I’d strongly warn anyone to stay far away.”
