“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were a large family of more than 20 people, and we expected good service and a welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, the food and service were not as promised. The most disappointing part was the manager’s attitude. After we had finished our meal and paid the bill, he raised his voice at us and spoke to us in a very disrespectful way. No customer deserves to be treated like that, especially a large family that came to enjoy a special time together. It felt like the only thing that mattered was getting our money, not customer satisfaction or respect. We left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
