“Very bad, I drove all the way from Zenata to Ain sebaa. When I found the sneakers I was looking for, the staff couldn’t be bothered to look for the other pair. They just turned around and said we don’t know where the other pair is, bad luck. Not professional at at all”

“Bad experience there. After we chose clothes for our daughter, the cashier and manager refused to let us pay for them becsuse they said there was a mistake with the labeling. They claim a certain price at first, but then tell you you can't take the clothes, without even saying sorry. Big attitude problem too. Prices were good, but they wouldn't let us buy the stuff, so I don't get it???”

“We had the weirdest incident there hence the one star, we were followed by security gards everywhere we went, just because we weren't dressed nicely (we just had my aunt's funeral yesterday, so we were at the graveyard today friday, therefore our shoes were kinda dirty and we were dishovled, stressed and shaken by the whole thing, but in dire need of a pair of shoes for my cousin) one of the security guards kept giving my uncle the dirty eye, wherever he went, and then told him hey do I know you? I came in to deesclate the situation, asking the guy nicely to calm down and leave my devastated and nervous uncle be, however, he chose to proceed to threaten my uncle by saying hey wait for me at 9:30 that's when I get off work, saying all kinds of things,... That's when I flipped out and asked for the manager which made him back off and his co-workers came in, to take him away; which he didn't do right away stayed in our faces while we shopped. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with something like this in a store at this magnitude, I was too shocked to be able to react properly to this situation. Unfortunately, I do realize that people do judge other people based on looks, however, I thought that stores like this gives there staff strict rules to abide by. We love the brand, we love the sneakers, we bought a pair even though we experienced something like this at that store. I hope something changes next time we decide to go visit that store again. One thing to mention the people working there approach us, and asked whether we needed help nicely, but as far as I remembered no one offered to apologize on behalf of the security guy in question, and no one called for the manager, they were only concerned with the security cameras at the store recording this whole situation”
