adidas Store

“I had a very disappointing experience at the Adidas store in Maarif, Casablanca. I went there to exchange a Real Madrid outfit I had bought for my little son. I was fully entitled to the exchange, and simply wanted a different size. However, the staff member at the checkout — the same person who handles payments — spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. He found a small faded spot on the white shirt (which was clearly part of the fabric or printing, not actual dirt) and started saying loudly in front of other customers: “Look, it’s dirty.” His tone was insulting and completely unprofessional, especially in front of others. In the end, they refused the exchange, gave us back the old outfit, and basically asked us to leave. This kind of customer service is unacceptable from a brand like Adidas. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that staff treat customers with the respect they deserve.”
