However, the staff can be uncooperative when it comes to simple requests(multiple)—like turning down the loud music or adjusting the AC when it’s uncomfortably cold. It makes you wonder how much they actually prioritize the comfort of their main customer base, which seems to be students and remote workers looking for a suitable environment.”
