“Absolutely terrible experience! After a long, exhausting road trip, I arrived expecting a simple self check-in, but it turned into a total disaster that ruined my day. They changed the access code last minute without notice, leaving me standing outside for over an hour! When someone finally showed up, I’d already asked for the parking key in advance, but they didn’t even bother to bring it. Instead, they had to borrow it from the concierge just to let me in! Then, they told me to park in spaces that didn’t even exist! and of course, the garage was completely full with no free spots. I tried to get out, but the garage was so cramped that I ended up crashing my car against the wall trying to make an impossible turn. And if that wasn’t enough, the guy left with the key, leaving me stuck in the garage for another hour until a resident finally let me out. I went inside beyond frustrated, hoping to sleep, but minutes later, I was bombarded with banging on my door and constant phone calls, all to collect a 40 DH tax that I didn’t even have on me! I asked them to come later, but they kept harassing me on the phone. And to top it off, they only spoke French, so the language barrier just made everything worse. Over 100 stays around the world, and I’ve never been treated this poorly. Avoid this place at all costs!”
