“The location is good, but the staff are not. I had a problem with my bank card and couldn’t withdraw my money. When I went there for help, they told me to come back the next day, even though they had enough time to solve the issue on the spot. When I asked why, they simply repeated, “Come back tomorrow,” and were not helpful at all. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional. I also asked to speak to the manager, but one employee told me he was not the manager and pointed to another person. Later, I found out that the person I spoke to was not actually the manager either and only worked at the reception desk. The manager was also very arrogant. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this bank. It is the worst bank I have ever dealt with”
