Hôtel Parador

“There's something going rather weirdly wrong in the reviews below. Now, either there's another similarly named hotel that is being muddled with this one, or people have zero interest in anything other than bland, sleek, shiny rooms... Hotel Parador is a delight. Beautifully situated in the heart of the Medina and with stunning views across the valley towards the Spanish mosque. Clean and simply furnished with accents in dark wood and the most beautiful green tiles in the bathroom (which had the best view from the loo ever!). Proper door key (no ridiculous card swipe thing). The reception team were friendly and professional, and the breakfast had a good selection, including local Amizagh specialities. Yes, the pool wasn't filled but quite frankly, why on earth would you come to this stunning city to go for a swim? Would definitely come back and stay here!”

“We received a very warm welcome at the hotel thanks to Mrs. Hanane, who was incredibly helpful. Looking for a good place to eat during Ramadan, she guided us to the restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent meal. A big thank you also to Mr. Nasser, the waiter, and the gentleman who handled our luggage for their professionalism. Mrs. Hanane made our stay truly enjoyable.”

“A hotel of faded splendour, the best years are in the past. Well located just off the main square but marred by the obligatory 20hours of shouting, motorbikes, cars and other noise. Rooms on the front of this hotel should offer a 'no sleep' guarantee. Rooms show the age but are adequate for a night but not for long stays. It has an out of use pool and terrace with good views. The breakfast was limited but satisfactory but can get very crowded.”

“Very old style of hotel and the room has not much lights. The bathroom has a bad smell and heater does not work. I don’t recommend for those who wants a relaxed stay.”

“I gave two stars for the hotel for its old furnitures and the noisy doors and the overpriced stay, the third star i gave it because of the views but specially for the woman who did my room cleaning in such care and responsibility, the way i found my clothes organized felt like it was done by my mother. So to this woman i say THANKS 🙏🏻”
