“Nice location as its close to the square where you can stroll at night.. However, the room was so small, and very noisy, we hear the conversation from the room next to us.. breakfast- not much choices..”

“We stayed here on a tour, the hotel was just fine. Room was good size, quite up to date, bed comfortable bathroom and shower worked well, pretty much everything you could want so happy to stay here. BUT, food was a disaster, dinner and breakfast buffets both very weak and food service staff to match. (Front desk staff okay.) My recommendation, stay here but eat dinner in lots of the other restaurants around, and if you need to have breakfast, set your expectations very low. Note, they supposedly serve breakfast on the top floor patio during nice weather (not our week) which could distract from the poor food, the view from up there was great.”

“We were looking for an accessible room in a hotel with an elevator. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations: probably January is a low season and the reception clerk gave us a room with a balcony (we had booked a simple room). The room itself was basic but there were windows in the two walls with amazing view to the mountains and the city. We loved the rooftop with sitting areas and the 360 degree views. Breakfast was abundant with a lot of fruit, a big choice of pastries, yoghurt, excellent coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Absolutely beautiful location with great Mountain views in a fairly safe neighborhood. Rooms are small, but clean, however the hotel is outdated and had weak plumping. Everything worked, but just barely. One of the huge drawbacks of the stay was how loud it was, between the constant traffic and street dogs barking through the night. Service was average, dinner and breakfast buffet had decent options, nothing to brag about.”

“Important notice: There are two men standing in front of the hotel claiming they work there. They try to direct visitors to a specific parking area and then offer unsolicited guiding services. If you refuse, they may ask for money in an uncomfortable and pushy manner. They usually wear dark tracksuits and may even follow your car if ignored. It is strongly advised to avoid التعامل with them and deal only with the official hotel staff inside the reception.”

“Room has unfinished renovation patches, not totally clean, little amenities. Towels didn’t seem clean. Breakfast was bad. The staffs were nice, and location is very good.”
