“Insane view, the service wasn’t bad at all they were just busy and it’s hard for waiters to serve everyone at the same time. We waited for 10 mins max and considering the business i think it was very normal and standard. The staff were lovely and professional. We had iced teas and mixed rolls, they were all delicious. I don’t really understand the reason for low ratings, definitely a great place to chill and enjoy the scenery.”

“My husband insisted on taking me here for dinner. From the moment we walked in, the entertainment was engaging and the atmosphere was lively. The food was delicious and those of us having dinner connected with the guitarist choice of music. He was excellent. He knew how to include the crowd. Sanae our waitress wooed the crowd with her unique pour of Moroccan tea. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening. Huge thanks to Hamza as well. He encouraged me to sing with the guitarist which was well received by the dinner guests.”

“Triana has a fantastic location with beautiful views, and the food was absolutely delicious. The quality of the meals definitely lived up to our expectations. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. We requested a table with a view, but were told they were all reserved. While we understand honoring reservations, those tables remained empty for over an hour before the reserved guests arrived. It would have been a nice gesture to let us enjoy one of those tables until then. After being seated, we waited nearly 30 minutes before we had to ask for a menu ourselves. No one came to check on us or take our order, which made us feel overlooked. The staff came across as unfriendly and not particularly welcoming, which took away from what could have been a wonderful dining experience. One thing future guests should know is that the restaurant is cash only. We weren't informed of this until after we had finished our meal. Fortunately, we happened to have enough cash with us, but this could easily have been a stressful situation for other visitors. It would be helpful if the restaurant clearly informed guests of this before they order or displayed a sign at the entrance. Overall, Triana offers excellent food and a beautiful setting, but the customer service needs significant improvement. With friendlier, more attentive staff and better communication, the experience would match the quality of the food.”

“Aaaaammmmaaaazzzzing! Please if you're in Chefchaouen don't miss out on this dining experience! We had a large group of 29, the staff was quick and efficient. The food was delicious! Drinks were so good. This is where you need to eat in Chefchaouen. The views and live music were icing on the cake.”

“We ordered a pizza and 1/2 grilled chicken for lunch, and a chocolate lava cake for dessert. The food was great and the servers were very kind and attentive. Atmosphere inside the restaurant was also very nice. Highly recommended place for lunch/dinner in Chefchaouen.”
