Bavaro Beach Dakhla

“I recently stayed at Bavaro Beach Dakhla and had a wonderful, relaxing time. One of the best parts of the experience was hearing the soothing sound of the ocean waves and simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, and the overall views from the hotel are beautiful. The food for lunch and dinner was absolutely delicious. I also want to extend a huge thank you to the reception team, especially Mr. Othmane and Mr. Kareem, for their warm welcome and incredible help throughout my stay. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast. For a hotel of this standard, the breakfast buffet felt quite poor and limited. They definitely need to upgrade the breakfast selection to match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, I truly love this hotel and had a great moment here. I will definitely be back next time with my family!”

“Our stay last week in this hotel was amazing. Everything you need is there. You have your private beach with amazing views, the rooms were spot on. The staff go beyond themselves to help and especially Karim made our stay wonderful. He reached beyond our expectations after a huge disappointment from an other hotel. “I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The suite I occupied was impressively spacious at 65 m², featuring a cozy ambiance with dim lighting that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The decor had a charming African vibe, with every detail, from the entrance door to the living area and bedroom, beautifully presented and captivating. The television in the suite offered a wide selection of channels, including English, Arabic, and French, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making my stay more enjoyable. However, I did encounter some drawbacks during my visit. The shuttle service prices were quite high; for a short 5-minute car ride, I was quoted €30, which felt excessive. After sharing my experience on Facebook, I received numerous offers from locals willing to provide the same ride at half the price. Additionally, I noticed that the toilet lacked a bidet spray, which would have enhanced comfort. It would also have been beneficial to have anti-fly measures in the breakfast area, as the presence of flies proved to be annoying. while the stay was overall pleasant with a stunning suite and friendly staff, improvements in shuttle pricing and attention to certain amenities would enhance the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel, particularly for those who appreciate a unique ambiance”

“Amateur manager makes a bad hotel. The other 1* reviews are telling what's actually happening there. Prices are super high but the service is not up to par. Especially if the manager's friends and family are visiting the hotel. Expect more than one hour of wait for expensive yet simple dishes because the others are more important than you. Lots and lots of flies everywhere. The staff is very nice they were great with our toddler. The beach is the one good thing in this hotel. It is very private and quiet. They charge a lot for simple things. Loud music even if no one's in the bar. Would not recommend.”

“Service is really bad like tulum which are the same group, please avoid at all cost, no transportation available to airport and the staff working there are incompetent”

“As I only dined at the residence I can only rate the rooms from an outside perspective which had no privacy as the yard of the suites were located on the path to the restaurant’s tables. However, the service was HORRIBLE! We waited 1 hour just to order and another 1 hour to get our food and drinks. Furthermore, we had planned an activity at another hotel which brought us to this one, Bavaro Beach Club tried scamming us by increasing the price that the other hotel had announced which was also written in the activities brochure of Bavaro. Also note that the jet ski staff enjoy doing donuts in the Bay Area with the jet skis which is unprofessional, disturbing due to the noise but especially dangerous as kids were enjoying the bay too. I do not recommend this hotel.”
