“This was the highlight of our time in Fes! Loubna was a fantastic host and guide. She showed us the food scene in the medina and included immersive tastings along the way. The Palais Amani has a beautiful rooftop, so picturesque for a cooking class. The food was so good and we got to take home the recipes that I will be making at home! It was a premium excursion that I would recommend to anyone. I want to thank all the staff for facilitating such a nice experience.”
“We just arrived home from our vacation in Morocco and spending the afternoon at the Fez Cooking School was by far one of our favorite memories that we cherish. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and laughed with us alot! We learned to bake bread and cookies and the staff shared recipes and techniques answering all of my questions but more we took home a sense of the incredible hospitality they shared in teaching us about the country and the culture. This afternoon, is in my opinion, the actual authentic Moroccan experience in the most beautiful Riad. Hoping to visit again!”
“We had the most amazing time during our 4 hr cooking class and tour! Abdul was fantastic- we loved going with him and the chef to the souk to pick out our ingredients and try some local treats. It was a great way to see the Medina on our first day in Fes. The cooking class was so much fun- the roof set up is gorgeous, and we both loved our dinners!”
“My husband and I did the baking class at Palais Amani today and really enjoyed it. We made very large transitional loaves of bread and a batch of coconut lemon cookies. The chef and assistant were very helpful, thoughtful and well organized. While we only made two dishes, the time was well spent for a quicker afternoon activity. We learned little bits of Moroccan culture through the class and would definitely recommend to others interested in learning about morocco through food!”
“I booked a class the night before and amazingly was the only one in the class; Fatima (Fati) and Sukena were amazing! We did a shop in the Medina; tried some soup , sweets ; and cheese before diving into cooking. They were fantastic teachers and just great hosts.! I highly recommend this class. The food was amazing ( if I do say so myself). Great experience in Fes ; you will remember it forever!”
