“One of my local favorites! Love the owners. Family owned and operated in Brooksville. Some of the best brick oven pizza ( light on the sauce for me). Fresh dough and ingredients, thin and crispy! My husband loves an old fashion and this is the place to go locally. Bourbon variety extraordinaire! I love their version of a mimosa with brown sugar rim and bourbon! 🥃 Highly recommend!”

“The taproom has a great beer and bourbon selection, local craft beers. However, serving the beer in a plastic cup is unacceptable in my opinion. I would’ve bought a glass pint if it had been suggested. As for the restaurant, you cannot beat the service, the food and the atmosphere. Our server, Stephanie, saved the day by finding me a glass pint so I could have another beer. Otherwise, I would’ve switched to ice water.. I had the Papa Gator’s brisket sandwich, which was amazing and my wife had the coconut shrimp which were ample and big. Don’t order the collard greens unless you have a large appetite because the portions are not small. I only gave them a four star just because of the beer in plastic cups.”
