“A very professional barber! They reply by WhatsApp, accept you on time, and perfectly understand what you want. As a European visitor, I was very pleased with the barber's work. The staff are very helptand friendly. Highly recommend!”
“Westerners, be cautious. If I had been robbed in the street, I would arguably have received better value. I paid 500 dirhams (≈ €50) for what was presented as an osteopathic massage. What I received was approximately 15 minutes total of amateur, theatrical manipulation: erratic, high-velocity neck, back, and toe “cracks” seemingly designed to create noise rather than therapeutic effect; a wooden cylinder rolled down my spine; and two leg stretches that were executed so poorly that I barely recognized what he was trying to do. The practitioner pointed out that one nostril was blocked, forcibly “clicked” my nose, and announced that I could now breathe. I informed him that I could not. He briefly left the room, returned with an aromatherapy-type liquid, rubbed it on the side of my nose, attempted another click, and again declared success. My inflamed nasal passage, unsurprisingly, remained unchanged. He described the issue as “sinusite” and claimed to be a “stand-by doctor". I know I had an inflated sinus, and neither need help identifying that, nor help blowing my nose. The whole thing might have been amusing were it not for the following: The implied pricing — this equates to roughly €200 per hour in a city where a good hotel room with breakfast costs €25 per night. Safety concerns — the high-velocity neck thrusts and spinal jerks felt reckless rather than controlled or clinically justified. For context, I have had many sports massages and manual therapy treatments worldwide and am familiar with standard techniques. This session did not meet even basic professional standards and was the worst in both safety and value terms I have experienced over the years. I am sorry to say, I would not recommend this service to anyone. I did have a wet shave earlier in the day and that was both good value and competently done (which gave me confidence to book the later oteo session).
“Great spa with nice people and great services. I completely recommend it for not just a massage, but also the hammam. We took the Sahara pack with even pedicure.”
“Thank you so much! You're the best barber in the world. I really appreciate it.”
“I had here full hamam experience with massage .The hamam rooms are private. It was a good experience for 500MAD. Please update your hours as you’re supposed to be open now but you’re not.”
“Highly recommend it!!! Professional hair dressers. Very clean and charming salon. I got the best service in the whole Morocco. Thank you!”
