“This company told me that they would have a certain car available and I confirmed that I would rent the car. After trying to get in touch with them, they ignored my calls and waited until 9 hours before my trip to tell me the car they were going to give me is no longer available. The man seemed nice on the phone but he cannot be trusted. Terrible customer service. In the future, if you don't have a car available, then please be honest and forward from the beginning so that I can spend time finding another option... *edit: the company demanded for me to pay extra money to take the car the night of the 13th, even though 13th PM to 23rd PM is within the 10 days I would pay for the car. ALSO the company wanted me to pay for 3 extra days that I did not want to have or use the car (24th-26th). Very stingy and not willing to help customers.”
