Bad customer service and rude attitude. Never again”

I was shopping for a wash machine and tv and so I called this store on Sunday from about an hour away around 6pm meanwhile they close at 7. Verified with Asmae whether they had the items in stock and set out to drive. As I got closer, it seemed I wasn’t gonna make it with DARB traffic so I called again to notify them of my tardiness and Asmae reassured me they would wait, which they did. As I arrived, Ilyass greeted me and proceeded to show me the pieces and not in a moment did I feel rushed as it was past store close time. I checked many other appliances with both Ilyass and Aymane, they gave me time, they worked with me, they were knowledgeable and clearly absolute professionals and I felt at ease to completely trust them with my purchase. Shoutout to this team; it truly exemplifies excellent customer service and I am very happy to make this one of my favorite stores for all my home appliances purchases going forward.”
