“I ordered an Italian coffee and asked the staff if it was the same capsules displayed near the coffee machine. He told me no and said they had real Italian coffee available. After all the food was served, I asked again for the coffee, and then he told me that only the capsule coffee was available. Unfortunately, the information was not clear from the beginning, and it would have been better to be honest from the start.”
