“I was seriously cheated by Mohammed in his Bono garage. He took from me almost 3000 MAD and he didn't even touch the part of the engine he told he did: Took my car with a cooling system issue to some another mechanical garage. There was a leakage, and I was indeed losing the cooling liquid from the engine. After no one being able to find the issue, they call Mohammed and apparently, he quickly knew where the problem was. We took my car to his garage (Mécanique Générale Bono). He explained to me there that there was an issue with the water pump. He said he can fix it, so I left my car there. Hours later he gives me a call and tell me he has to order a piece from Casablanca and it would arrive the next day. End of the next day I go to pick up my car and apparently there are not issues or leakages. He charged me 1900 MAD for the piece and 900 MAD for the work. He didn't give me any paper or invoice as neither an invoice for the piece he ordered so I asked to show me what he took out of the car and indeed I took with me a steel element that looked to be from a water pump, where a plastic propeller was broken. He said it was broken by fatigue and was meant to maintenance. Few days later I have the same messaged popping up from the car and same leakage. Took my car to Mohammed and he said this time there is another issue that will take him 7 to 10 days to fix, and he needs more people to do it. I decide to take my car driving back to Europe just controlling the temperature and re filling the cooling liquid as soon as I was seeing rising heat. Once in Portugal I immediately took my car to the official brand mechanical garage. They found out and fix some piping and rubbers host issues from the cooling system toward the engine. They checked and told me the water pump was not taken out and even touched. When I showed them the piece that Mohammed gave me in theory from my car, the say it doesn't belong to me car and indeed they managed to find written on it the original brand of this piece. Mohammed serious and without a minimal cheated me and took my money (1800 MAD) in the middle of Ramadan.”

“Avoid this garage if you can. The guy were supposed to change the wheel bearing, didnt do nothing, exept putting some grease in it to be okay for a while. Now were in another service and the bearing wasnt touched. Dont trust his stories. He stole us 700 MAD for nothing, dont go there.”
