Fanatic Café-Restaurant

“After our visit of Essaouira's old town, my wife and I had lunch with our travel group at "Fanatic Café-Restaurant". We sat on the sea view terrace in beautiful weather and ate a vegetarian tagine and a fish tagine. Both dishes were quite tasty. (From what I could see, the fresh fish seemed to be good as well.) We paired our meal with a refreshing Moroccan white wine from "Thalvin" winery and were quite satisfied. Be careful with seats near the edge: you might quickly find yourself surrounded by street vendors and buskers.”

“Came here on the recommendation of our guide. Not sure what we were expecting, fish was decent just had alot of bones. Prawns were definitely under cooked. Ordered vegetable soup that needed a lot more seasoning. Worst part is that we were only informed their card machine was spoilt after finishing the meal, and so we had to walk 20 mins to find an ATM. Would not visit again”

“Best calamari , the taste of the food is awesome We took grilled fish and shrimp with lemon, I am wordless to describe the magnificent cuisine”
