Cafe Brunch & Shake

“I visited this café recently and noticed that although their official closing time is listed as 11:30 PM, the staff start turning off the lights, disconnecting the Wi-Fi, and stacking the chairs around 10:00 PM. It gives customers the impression that they should leave much earlier than expected. The place itself is nice, but this practice can be disappointing, especially for those who plan their visit based on the posted hours. I hope management will consider aligning the actual service hours with the advertised schedule to improve the overall customer experience.”

“Not really sure if there’s a point to leave a review cause I doubt they’ll read this but our experience at the cafe was so disappointing. We had gone for breakfast at 8:45 am as the place opens at 8 am. We had a bus to catch at 9:30. Once we arrived it looked like they were just setting up which I guess is fair but the girl spoke zero English and zero French (which was surprising). The woman washing the bathroom was also the cook so it was evident they were so understaffed. We ordered an iced coffee and an omelette each. 20 minutes later they had not started , the coffee machine wasn’t even turned on. When I asked the waitress she looked so confused - started looking for glasses to serve the coffee in , slowly realized they had no glassware( pretty sure she went to the neighbouring shop to grab some later). After 30 minutes of waiting and no steps had been made to make our breakfast we had to leave or else we’d miss our bus. I’m sure they’re a great spot on their good days but my goodness this waitress looked like she had zero idea about what was going on. Cute shop though from an aesthetic point of view but would never go there again.
