“I had a terrible experience with this man, I called him needing to jumpstart my car, I was stranded with my family at around 18:30. During the call I explained that I was stranded with my kids and I need urgent help, he told me that he'll be there in 20 minutes, after waiting that long I kept calling him and he told me to wait each time saying he'll be there in 10 minutes, but I can tell by the background noise that he is still in the shop, he kept me waiting for more than an hour untill it went dark outside, during the waiting period I managed to catch a gentleman's attention that helped me jumpstart my dead battery, after a long time the electrician finally called to tell me that he is around the corner. He could've not left me there waiting for him and he could've been completely honest with me and told me that he has work, I found it completely disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend going to him. Disgraceful behavior”

“Nachdem wir in einer anderen Werkstatt schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hatte und einen ganzen Tag ohne Ergebnis verloren hatten, konnte uns diese Werkstatt innerhalb von 2 Stunden weiterhelfen und das elektrische Problem mit unserem Scheibenwischer lösen. Sehr zu empfehlen”
