“It’s my second time going to this café, and I can honestly say they have some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to give them a second chance, but unfortunately, it was just as bad as the first time. We waited more than 30 minutes just to get a menu. I even asked the waiter for it, and he said “okay,” but never brought it. I asked again, yet he continued serving people who arrived after us for no clear reason. I understand that cafés can get busy sometimes, but this was my second bad experience there. What disappointed me the most was that there was no apology at all. In the end, we had to leave without even ordering our breakfast”
