“Don’t make a reservation via WhatsApp or phone. You won’t get the car. When you arrive on site, they won’t know anything about your booking, even if you have the reservation on your phone. Then they try to offer you a car that is 2 to 3 times more expensive. Always make your reservation on their official website.”
