“A nice hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room is a little dated but has a shower, toilet and air conditioner. The TV has a variety of channels from around the world. The bar has a good selection of drinks on offer. The buffet is reasonable from pasta, salad, and a selection of meats and vegetables. Traditional Moroccan food is worth a try. The animation team are very good at their job and even managed to get me to join in. (Many have tried and failed). Mr Tash the hotel photographer is a wonderful man. He is very friendly and always happy to have a chat. He took some amazing pictures of my wife and I and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. We will definitely be back.”
“We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, respectful, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever we needed assistance or had a concern, it was handled quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. The level of customer service was truly outstanding. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The bar service was excellent, and the staff were always attentive and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the entertainment and animation team, who helped create a fun, lively, and enjoyable atmosphere every day. What stood out most was how well the entire team worked together to ensure guests had the best possible experience. Any issue, no matter how small, was resolved promptly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday completely. Thank you to everyone for making our week in Marrakech so memorable. We had a fantastic time and would happily return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Really depends on what you’re looking for in a holiday. The rooms are basic but the room clean was done daily and you get fresh towels each day. There’s was work going on to update the rooms though so I’m sure they’ll be ready for summer season and much better and modernised. There was no kettle provided and I had a baby with me who needed boiled water for bottles - we had to put a cash deposit to get the kettle. The pools are nice but the pool side restaurant/bar was also underwhelmed however we went out of season so probably much better in peak season. The entertainment staff/ restaurant staff/ photographer couldn’t do enough for you - they were brilliant and very kind and accommodating. They really want you to enjoy your holiday. The location is remote but that’s the usual for many resorts. There’s plenty do though and weather you want a trip into the city you can get a bus or a taxi. We had a taxi who waited for us as we didn’t want to stay long in the city with a baby so that was perfect. The one regret we had was that we didn’t go to see the waterfalls at the mountains. If we were to return that would definitely be a must as we’ve been told that it’s very beautiful and lots of little places to eat near the river. We were only there for 5 nights and we had a baby with us so probably didn’t get the best out of the resort we could see that there was lots of night life and entertainment and we could see there were groups and families all enjoying what the resort had to offer. There is also a water park in the sister resort which is a short walk away.”
“Fantastic two weeks stay here! The rooms are basic, but have all the necessities! The bar staff are fantastic, down at the snack bar you've got Chaima and Badr doing wonders; then evenings inside you've got the whizz Idriss for the cocktails! Restaurant is really deceptively good, great variety for lunch and dinner. Amazing traditional food and tagines, then go outside and the chefs are whipping up great pizzas! Only thing is breakfast is very samey. Kairm, Momo, Dopamine and the whole Club Coralia entertainment team do an absolutely fantastic job. Very engaging and make sure you don't miss out on any opportunities. Then in the evening they put on the most spectacular shows. If you get bored, there's an easy booked shuttle bus into central Marrakech for 20MAD per person each way. The only things worth noting are they don't offer laundry service, and there is no gym. But other than that, could not fault the place. Highly recommend to couples, families, and solo travellers alike”
“We had an amazing stay at Valeria Dar Atlas in Morocco and would highly recommend it! The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very clean, with a beautiful private balcony that still caught plenty of sunshine. A nice touch was the housekeeping team providing a large fresh bottle of water every day. The daytime entertainment was fantastic, with activities such as aqua aerobics, table tennis, and water polo keeping everyone involved and having fun. If you preferred a quieter atmosphere, there was also a second pool area which was much more peaceful and relaxing. The evening entertainment was equally impressive, with something different every night — the team were incredibly talented and put on great shows. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. The food and drink selection was excellent, with plenty of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits available. As a vegetarian, I was really pleased that there was always a good variety of food options to choose from. Although we didn’t personally use the spa, it looked beautiful and seemed to offer great value for money. The hotel itself is large and truly has everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely return!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great value for an all‑inclusive stay My review is based on the price paid, which was very reasonable for an all‑inclusive holiday. The hotel is arranged in two‑storey blocks with around 16 apartments in each block. We stayed in a ground‑floor garden room overlooking a beautifully large maintained garden, with a terrace that opened directly onto the greenery — a lovely spot to relax. The reception area was stunning, with Moroccan‑style architecture and high decorative ceilings. It was a genuinely nice place to sit during the day or in the evening. Outside, there was a separate shallow children’s pool and a large two‑level main pool (0.9m and 1.5m). My son and I loved the pool area, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There was an additional quiet pool (I assume for adults, but not sure) at the other end of the garden, situated behind the spa building and large pond. The pond had ducks around it and turtles in it, which my son loved. Several bars and snack stations were dotted around the pool, which meant nothing ever felt too busy. The entertainment team were friendly and encouraging without being pushy. We joined in with aqua aerobics, water volleyball, and a few of the smaller games — always good fun. Bar and restaurant staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. The food was good, with a decent selection each day. There was also a great mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, and all the guests we met were friendly. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and excellent value for money.”
