“Darori was recommended to us by chatgpt and it did not disappoint. It was especially nice that they sent someone, Muhammad (thank you for being so kind!) to walk with us from our Riad and back. Nice touch! Definitely representative of the amazing hospitality in Morocco. Apologies for pics of half eaten food. We just couldn't wait to dig in :) - chicken tajine - korma with egg - vegetable pastilla All really yummy. Thank you!”
“My visit to Darori Resto in Fes was outstanding! The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the stylish and cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a delicious variety of Moroccan and international dishes, each presented beautifully and cooked with excellent flavor. I particularly enjoyed the well-spiced tagine and the fresh, flavorful salads. The staff were warm, attentive, and happy to answer questions about the menu, which made the whole experience even better. The service was prompt and professional, and the setting is perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends and family. I highly recommend Darori Resto to anyone who wants great food and a comfortable dining experience in Fes”
“This was the best meal, among very good meals, of my trip to Morocco. It is located in the Médina very near Bab Rcif. The building is 300 years old with the exquisitely ornate designs seen in expensive riads. I had the 4 appetizers (the cauliflower was a standout) and the seafood pastilla, for which they are known, and wine. Everything was superb. A reservation is recommended, but they sat me as a walk-in with only a short wait. The wait staff was friendly and solicitous, and the owner is a charming Frenchwoman. Highest recommendation!”
“Authentic Moroccan dishes served by an extremely welcoming team. Mohammed, in particular, took great care of us. Our riad had recommended this restaurant and called them ahead and book a table. They sent Mohammed to walk us over and he was such a gentleman. One thing to note about Fes’ medina is that there are many scammers here who will insist on guiding you, telling you certain roads are closed or that’s the wrong way, then asking for a big tip. Mohammed made sure to keep us away from them. He also recommended us to try to the salads and pastela, that were both good. Excellent service, reasonable prices, nice setting and good food. We’ll be back for sure!”
“We were in Fez for three nights and we came back twice! food was top tier and hospitality was 10/10. Khaoulia explained the menu to us and was just so welcoming! Daorori has made our trip extra 💫”
“We ate very well at Darori. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and very generous. Thank you to the whole team, especially Mohammed, for his warm welcome and for teaching us a few words in Arabic. Choukran!”
