“Excellent clinic. Exceptionally skilled team both when it comes to treating animals as well as client experience. Dr Mehdi has a lot of experience and Dr Aisha and Dr Zaynep are very well trained and professional. I am especially impressed by how they make everything look easy. They walk around with a smile and truly care about the animals they treat (making them feel comfortable before starting treatment) while also providing wonderful service to the humans who come with them. Most of the staff speaks Arabic, French and English. Great to be able to communicate through WhatsApp to which they respond in a timely matter. If I have any concerns in between visits they give advice. Reception desk staff is also very efficient and helpful.”

“Extremely bad, they don't care about animals at all, they only care about the coast, even if you pay, they do 0 effort to help or save the animal, there was a lady who checked the baby cat I took there she has no knowledge, after x-ray she latterly said I'm new and I showed the doctor the radio, and said nothing, means that she is not a doctor, (story short), the cat still at the same situation, they didn't help even 1%”
