“TLDR: Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. I had a Sager gaming laptop with a fan failing. To fix this you either have to replace the entire hear sink unit, the fan, or repair the fan. They took the last option as they said my laptop didn't have the standard 5v fan, but 12v instead. This required them to remove the entire hear sink unit, unbolt the fan from the heat sink and meticulously take the fan itself apart. Then clean and grease and finally reassemble the whole thing. I left them with my laptop and went to work and they had it finished in a few hours. My kids are right now playing games on the laptop while I'm writing this. Very well done job. And not too expensive either. I'm also writing this review a month after the fact and the computer has held up well since I had it repaired.”

“Very Bad experience with Baghdad computers. They took my gaming laptop promising me they'll get it fixed, after almost three weeks of time they didn't communicate with me and I had to travel back to Fez since I was away but when I got there I found my PC still not fixed and in a very bad condition with dust and dirt. They said they needed more time and I gave them the PC again hoping they will repair it this time. Again after more than 16 days of wait and no communication from their part I went back to Fez and they told me that they didn't fix my PC after all this time of waiting. I don't recommend these people because they give empty promises and waste your time and don't communicate with customers at all.”
