“I came here while on holiday in October 2022 and heard all the morrocan girls and my friend talk about how good and how popular this salon is. I enquired to the man at the front desk when you walk in about haircut and colouring prices but thank god I didn’t get it done because after reading the reviews on peoples hair it would’ve damaged my hair and wasted my holiday money. I came in to get my eyebrows done waited 5 mins and the lady took me upstairs and eyebrows done in 5 minutes very quick and look good but I don’t think I’ll go back here after reading current reviews. Looks fancy and modern but I think the staff don’t care or know what they’re doing now as I went 1 year ago.”

“Very Unprofessional!!! I called two days before to take an appointment. They refused to give me one. “ we don’t take appointments” he said. Then I asked for a women to do my hair. Her day off was on Tuesday! Okey, I will come on Wednesday! And on Wednesday they said the they changed her day off to Wednesday !!!!! Very disappointed! I came from abroad and want to support our local businesses and was so excited to have one of the “unprofessional“ artists to do my hair! What a shame to still have this kind of people in this kind of places. This business will not go that far !”

I came to the salon at 10:00 and I was waiting for the staff 1h 30 min later they show up and not even an apology for the lateness .. so disappointed and not punctual at all.. it’s not professional and an insult for the costumers.. I do not recommend !!”
