“The hotel is modern, clean, and visually impressive. The restaurant serves very good food, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my final impression was spoiled by an incident on my last day. I asked a staff member to arrange a taxi to a nearby shop and back. The round trip took only about 10 minutes, yet I was charged 400 MAD. I do not blame the hotel or its staff in general, as I had a positive experience with everyone else. However, I feel that the particular staff member who arranged this taxi should have ensured that guests were not charged such an excessive amount. This left me feeling taken advantage of and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay.”

“I'm giving a overall 3 stars because although the hotel was brand new and generally nice, the room I was staying in had a couple of problems with it. The room we were staying in was for 3 people and had 3 single beds like we requested, but the shower was completely revealing and uncovered. Even the toilet area had a glass that was slightly transparent. This was completely unexpected because nobody should have to expose their private parts to anyone doesn't matter who they are. Whoever designed this hotel had no respect or shame.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!NOT FOR FAMILIES WiTH KIDS !!! Why would any property taking bookings for families with kids not think about having doors to bathrooms ? 🤯🤯🤯😤😤😤 Ridiculous !!!! Which means you should mention yourself in category of ADULTS only category Dddaaaa🙄 Once you enter the room there are open bathrooms with no doors or curtains to close while having shower and the toilet w/c doors don’t shut 🫢🫢 🤭🤭 The basin mirror is so wrongly placed that anybody in the corner of the room can see the person in shower room . Are you guys for real ?! It’s okay if you want to keep it that way with no doors to bathrooms and name sake doors to toilet to smell the whole room , but at least don’t accept family bookings or inform the guest while booking . It’s a wrong thing to do . Who thinks of such ideas now a days and places the bathroom next to entrance door so even the House keeping can come in and see who is having shower in room 😂 DO NOT RECOMMEND TO FAMILIES AND WORK RELATED COLLEAGUES SHARING ROOM! Plus they charge 150DR for a kids bed which is not mentioned when the booking was accepted and rates were shown on app . Apparently it’s in their terms and conditions . Really ?!!! Yeah , we are tourists and there to get over charged for everything .”

The overall atmosphere is very family-friendly, and there’s a strong sense of respect everywhere.
