“My experience at Café le Chamonix in Ifrane, Morocco, was a mixed one, leading me to rate it 3 out of 5 stars. On the positive side, the café boasts a charming atmosphere with cozy seating and a pleasant ambiance. It's an inviting spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, especially during colder weather when the fireplace is lit. However, there were some areas where Café le Chamonix fell short. The service was a bit slow and inattentive during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the menu, while offering a decent selection of beverages and snacks, could benefit from a wider variety of options and more creativity in its offerings. In summary, Café le Chamonix has potential as a cozy spot to unwind, but improvements in service and menu diversity would enhance the overall customer experience.”
“There‘s very little love going into the dishes. I had the moroccan salad and a margarita pizza. The salad was just a pile of tomatoes and onions with a piece of tuna thrown on top. There was no oil or seasoning on the salad. The pizza was a typical freezer product from the supermarket. They only take cash which is really odd considering they are also a hotel. Stay away from this”
“We wanted to make a pitstop in Ifran on the way to Fes for some coffee and snacks. Fit our purpose. Had a decent selection of beverages. The location is nice though with both indoor and outdoor seating. Ifran is a town that contrasts with rest of Morocco. Almost got European bisto vibes sitting here. Bathrooms could have been a touch better maintained but usable.”
“I was denied entry because allegedly the place closes at 10, on the second occasion that i came, the food was horrendous it lacked hygiene and taste. The staff is the worst tho.”
“The driver brought 12 of us here and said it was a coffee and toilet break on the way to Fez. The place was empty inside. There was a lot of people walking outside. I clicked on the reviews and it was shocking. I think, everyone did the same thing as me. So nobody in our group order anything. The driver went in to use toilet but our 12 people was stopped by the reception. A Lot of this kind of places that mini van tourists driver stops.”
“We absolutely loved the Harrira soup. Best one in Morocco!!”
