Hotel Farah Inn

“I wish I took photos of this place. It was the absolute worst hôtel I have ever stayed in. We didn’t even sleep in the beds as they were uncomfortable. The walls were crumbling in several places with the debris just laying on the floor around it. No lighting to get into the building at night and it was very dark. The light in the hallway blew the first time we used it. Towels were provided only when we asked and they had a sour odor to them. Fridge light was on but was warmer inside than in the heated room so we couldn’t put anything in it. Thankfully we had a cooler. Cabinets were falling apart and we were afraid to even open the doors. The bathroom was gross. This was a place that I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay. We spoke to the front desk and they said they were aware of all these issues. I get it, this was off season, but nowhere did we even see signs of renovating. If the staff is aware and nothing is being done, run away from this place. I’m ashamed that this hôtel even exists in such a beautiful city as Ifrane.”

“Absolutely terrible stay honestly cannot stress enough how bad this experience was. Everything was filthy and completely unacceptable. The room was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom was in a horrible state, very unhygienic and no hot water. No heating at all, which is unbearable in the cold Ifrane weather. This place is not suitable for anyone looking for even basic comfort.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The Farah Inn Ifrane completely failed in the most basic duty of hospitality: treating guests like human beings.||I arrived with my wife, who was sick, during extreme cold weather in Ifrane. Instead of understanding or basic respect, we were treated coldly, rudely, and with total indifference. The receptionist named Oussama was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed no empathy at all.||His attitude was arrogant and hostile. He did not listen, did not help, and clearly did not care about our situation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a hotel and especially in winter, when guests may be vulnerable.||A hotel is not just a building — it is the people. And the people here made our stay stressful, uncomfortable, and humiliating.|I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Never again.”

“Dirty apartment, stinky sheets, broken AC, broken fourniture, broken baths showers and sinks, no towels, looks very old and unmaintained, no light at the entrance at night, unprofessional service. I dont recommend. Ifrane is a good city and you shouldn’t ruin your stay by staying in this hotel.”

“I stayed here for two nights and paid $150 (plus taxes). On top of that, they demanded a €50 deposit in cash only, which is ridiculous and unprofessional. The reality of the room was shocking: • The bathroom was in terrible shape – cracked bathtub, filthy edges, and an unhygienic toilet (check the photos). • Everything felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained. For this price, you’d expect at least basic standards, but this place fails completely. Don’t waste your money here. There are much better hotels for the same price.”

“Worst booking we've ever made as a family. Not even sure if this place is fit to be named a bungalow. It's an overpriced, tiny apartment with two bedrooms, which include 2 single beds and one queen bed. Mind you, it is advertised as a 6-person apartment and when asked about the two other beds, the staff point to the living room. We didn't get any towels, any blankets, 4 pieces of each item of cutlery even though we'd booked for 5. Horrible service, horrible place, zero sense of security and safety isnt even a concern of theirs. Please, if you don't want to ruin your entire vacation, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”
