As Moroccans living abroad, we understand how important excellent customer service is and the impact it has on a company’s reputation, customer loyalty, and long-term growth. Unfortunately, the experience at this branch falls far below those expectations. My advice to Banque Populaire’s senior management is to implement a mystery shopper program to regularly evaluate the quality of service. This would help identify areas for improvement, enhance the customer experience, and encourage more clients to trust and visit the branch.”
