“TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I walked 30 minutes on foot specifically to try this place because I heard good things, but I will never, ever, ever be going back. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious, petty, and hostile. I ordered a half-raspberry/half-mango ice cream and simply asked for a single piece of frozen raspberry on top. The server rudely refused, giving a lazy excuse that "the boss is here." If the manager actually cares about this business, they should know their staff is driving paying customers away over a single piece of fruit. To make matters worse, she tried to hand me a completely torn and ripped 20-dirham bill as part of my change. When I rightfully asked her to exchange the ripped bill for an intact one, she retaliated out of pure spite. She handed me the rest of my 80-dirham change entirely in a massive, heavy pile of 5-dirham coins, even though she clearly had proper bills in the register. I expected basic decency as a paying customer and was met with nothing but spiteful behavior. I will absolutely never return, and I will be actively telling everyone I know to avoid this establishment.”

“Sooooo amazing place! I discovered this beautiful bulangerie today! The cakes are so delicate, beautiful and delicious! Specially 'Coco' is soooo delicious. Luxury cake but not expensive at all. Each cake between 18-22 drh and they are amazingly luxury , delicious cake. You can not find this quality cake in Korea and specially this good price is impossible in Korea. You need to pay 2-3 times more money and the taste is less than this place. I do not know why this place is not well known yet . This bulangerie is the best place ever. I am so happy to find this clean, luxury place with very unique cake shapes and so delicious!! Thank you to exist here in Kenitra. Best Bulangerie ever!! 😃 And the girl who packed my cakes were so kind. Thank you !!”
