“While I've enjoyed the delectable gateaux et sale at this bakery, the overall experience left something to be desired. The pricing and quality strike a good balance, but unfortunately, the customer service fell short. The staff, particularly the girl at the counter, lacked friendliness and didn't offer a welcoming demeanor. Despite contemplating canceling my order due to that, I hope to see enhancements in customer service for a more satisfying experience in the future.”

“The Moroccan sweet are delicious & tasty, every year we use to buy 2 or, 3 Cartoons forour ocassions.. , recently we bought as usual then when we paid for 3 Cartoons (2kg) each, they give us only one bag to carry all, we kindly requested to have at least one more in order to split the boxes weight and avoid it will break and fall down then they informed we have to pay for the additional bag... we are paying 600++ MAD and they still request for extra money for the 2nd bag? this is not only 1 box.... but we are buying 3! the owner was their and we thought she will be professional and not loosing a regular guests for a simple bag with logo but she was very rude and start argue with us... we will never go back their because of the owner's attitute!”
