“Good hotel in a central location, close to shops and the city center. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The pool is just amazing;it is clean and ample for making laps or just frolicking. Location in great as it is in the city center but not on the main street. Breakfast was limited but ample, and do consider that I stayed during Ramadan. Staff are generally helpful, although the male reception personnel on night duty was a little grumpy but was not a big deal. The sound of closing doors can be heard from my room (twin room) but I was able to manage. My room was clean, the size was ok, the toilet and shower was spacious, and room amenities were basic. Overall, a very good hotel.”

“The room itself was far from what was promised in the photos. It was cramped, outdated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired—there were stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and the bathroom had a weird smell that never went away. On top of that, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and when I called to ask for help, the front desk just shrugged it off as "normal."”

“As it is the only hotel that serves alcohol, that was the one we chose. The room is very nice, BUT they don't meet the right level of cleanliness I expect from a hotel. In my bathroom there was a lot of other people's hairs and there was mold on the ceiling. I didn't look more, because I really didn't want to find more. Otherwise the service is great and the people are extremely friendly and helpful.”
