Résidence chellah

“I recently stayed at this residence in Chellah for six nights, but unfortunately, I have several complaints about my experience. The advertisement mentioned Residence Chellah, but I was given Residence Rizq (located on Chellah street), which is misleading as there is a separate Residence Chellah. This discrepancy in accommodation was quite disappointing. Communication was unclear, as the person responsible for handing over the keys arrived 45 minutes later than the agreed-upon time of 6-7 PM. This lack of coordination among the staff members was frustrating. Hygiene standards were subpar, leading to multiple instances of illness during my stay. Waking up with a lost voice was a clear indication of poor cleanliness. The advertised Wi-Fi was a crucial factor in my decision to choose this residence, but unfortunately, there was no internet access. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they engaged in a dispute, providing internet only a few days later. This significantly impacted my stay, considering it was the primary reason for my choice. A confrontational and unpleasant interaction occurred when I confronted the woman who provided me with the keys about her lack of honesty. Following this, she blocked my communication. Many aspects of the house were poorly maintained; for instance, the showerhead was unstable and detached, and the door lock initially malfunctioned, requiring us to fix it ourselves with a screwdriver. Despite having a positive perception of Morocco, this experience has tainted my view due to the unacceptable service at Residence Rizq. It's disheartening to see such a misrepresentation of the country's hospitality. I strongly advise against choosing this residence for anyone planning to stay in the area. “this was a scam , the owner is a scammer , he told me that he can only arrive after 6 pm , i provided him the oficial moroccan state id ( carte nationale ) , i m moroccan , and he refused , and insisted for passeporte , i didnt feel comfortable , because there is a lot of people here faking ( falsifying) foreigne passeports and visas , and go overseas illegale , with that . the location is far away from residence chellah”

“L'appartement se trouve en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité de tous les services dont j'avais besoin, Les taxis qui se rendent à la plage, le marché, les cafés... L'appartement est sécurisé, j'ai passé un moment paisible avec ma famille, et il dispose d'une connexion de bonne qualité. Le seul problème que j'ai remarqué, c'est que la porte ne s'ouvre pas facilement j'ai contacté le propriétaire et il a résolu le problème.”
