We bought an oven from them, and in less than five months the heat-resistant glass suddenly exploded on me and my mother, even though we did nothing wrong. They sold us a product that can be dangerous for consumers, and they did not respect the warranty. There was nothing clearly mentioned saying broken glass would not be covered. Their customer service and treatment were also very poor and unprofessional.”

“Four years ago I rated 4 stars to Aswak Asslan, today I had quick visit and I'm very disappointed on quality of service and condition of the facility, rarely you find someone in charge of radius to ask for informations or assistance, the garbage bins outside payment cashier are very very dirty and full of garbage,it's clearly never been cleaned from inside and outside. The public toilets are a disaster, very very dirty, taps missing,light bulbs missing, no toilet paper available, hygiene side I believe no one of mangers pass through, also government hygiene service 100% never conduct inspections, my advice is to invite the managers to visit every areas and promote the service in every facility or to close the public toilets, remove the bins”
