“The worst insurance company i have ever dealt with, I am paying around 21000drh for my all risk car insurance and I had an accident, after 1 whole month of telling me that they will see what they can do as the repair cost for my car exceeds half the car price ( reforme eco ) which was not true on my case as the repair cost wasnt even 12% of my car price, after a whole month going up and down and submitting all paperwork they asked for they finally started working on my car repair at the brand dealership here in Morocco and from here it had to take two more month as most parts of my car aren’t available in the Moroccan market which I understood, during 3 months of wait they never bother to propose to me some car option that the insurance company rent for you while waiting for the repair (15 days i guess) well i never got that my case and when I asked abt it they gave me a car rental number to call who asked me to pay a warranty deposit in order to get a vehicle. Long story short my experience with those people was terrible and unfortunately not over yet, I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company or this agency to anyone, they are not professional they just look for any way to stick it to you. You have been warned”
