“Extremely disappointed with the agency manager’s unprofessional attitude today. When I explained my issue, she responded, "I am the agency manager; I do not do that kind of tasks." This level of dismissiveness is unacceptable. Someone with such an attitude should not be dealing with customers. Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with the overall negative sentiment reflected in the reviews of this branch—and the bank in general. Let’s hope she’s not promoted to Director anytime soon; who knows what customers might be subjected to next. It’s high time this bank elevated its standards and started showing real respect for its clients.”
